When you open the package you get a wonderful Creamsicle aroma.  Brings back childhood memories of those push up popsicles. 

As I taste, the oolong blended with the rooibos comes first, then the creamy orange and slight floral. 

Sugar brings out the orange flavors and adding Milk leaves this tea strong and flavorful, rich and creamy.  I took the milked version and poured it over ice and more of the vanilla came through. 

I think you could use sweetened condensed milk with this tea and it would have a similarity to a traditional Thai Tea.
