How to Make a Matcha Latte
Instructions (electric whisk or milk frother)
- Bring freshly drawn water to about 175-190°F
- Scoop matcha into a cup or mug using 1/2tsp for each 6oz of water. (If your cup is 24oz use 2tsp.)
- Pour half the amount of hot water you need over the matcha.
- Use an electric whisk to mix.
- Add warmed milk of choice over the top and mix gently with a spoon.
- Sweeten to taste.
